There will be a special screening of the documentary film "Third Ward TX" on September 19, 2008 at the George Washington Carver Museum & Cultural Center, located at 1165 Angelina Street, Austin, TX. Directed by Andrew Garrison this 57 minute film takes you to the Third Ward and "Project Row Houses", in Houston. where you will meet the unforgettable residents and extraordinary artists breathing new life into their historic but struggling community in Houston. The film studies the new thinking about livable communities when deep-pocket real estate developers, art and life collide. Produced by Nancy Bless, Noland Walker and Andrew Garrison this film is a "must see" film.
