The Southwest Alternate Media Project (SWAMP) Salon will present "Finding Music for your Film" with special guest Mr. Barry Coffing, Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the SWAMP offices starting at 6:30PM.

Finding the right music to score a film can be one of the most daunting tasks for an independent filmmaker. The songs you want are often too expensive to license. Many filmmakers are forced to buy royalty free music that sounds generic and does little to enhance the film. Hollywood music supervisor Barry Coffing has created a website to help filmmakers find quality music for their productions. www.musicsupervisor.com is your online resource to find all genres of music for film and television. Come to this salon to meet Barry and found out about this new, easy to use resource for filmmakers.
