Texas Filmmaker / Director Chris Eska screens:

"August Evening"

Texas filmmaker and Director Mr. Chris Eska was in Houston Tuesday night, March 10, 2008 for a special screening of his award winning film "August Evening". Chris attended Rice University along with his one of his producers Mr. Jason Wehling. There were to be two screenings of Mr. Eska's films the first "Doki-Doki". A Japanese film about Tokyo commuter who find themselves waiting every day with the same group of strangers for the same seats on the same train...until one day, things change. This film was not shown due to technical problems.

The other film, "August Evening" was shown to a theater of movie fans. After the screening, Mr. Eska was pleased to answer questions about the film and to give his insights into the making of the film. If you recall, "August Evening" was released in theaters late last year.

Cast includes: Pedro Castaneda, Veronica Loren, Abel Becerra, Walter Perez, Sandra Rios, Raquel Gavia and Cesar Flores.
