News from the Associated Press: Actor and comedian Bernie Mac has died from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago Hospital. Mr. Mac grew up in Chicago's South Side and began his stand-up comedy as a child. His film career was kicked-off with a small role as a club doorman in the 1992 Damon Wayans comedy film "Mo'Money", then in Spike Lee's 1996 Drama "Get on the Bus".  Mr. Mac was one of  "The Original Kings of Comedy" and had his own television show, "The Bernie Mac Show." Bernie Mac was 50 years old.
